Moms, creating a vision for your online business is important. A vision shows what your business is and where you want to be in the future. A vision motivates you to make your business better. You can create a personal vision statement for your online business or you can create a public vision statement for your online business. It all depends upon what you want to convey.

Personally, I have a personal vision statement for myself. A vision statement should be short and easily understandable. Your vision statement should motivate you daily. A vision is not the same as a mission. A vision is not a strategy or a marketing plan. It is something more. A vision is about change and in an online environment, you have to constantly change to be ahead of your competition. A vision is important for having that competitive advantage.
