The more passionate and knowledgeable you are on your topic the more likely you are to gain a bigger readership as well as make more money. The idea is to stick to a narrow topic rather than blogging about everything.

3. Go to your blog right now and write an entry then publish it. Your free blog account can show you how. It's very easy.

4. Join some blog directories, blog exchanges, and go and leave comments on other people's blogs that you are interested in. This will get some traffic coming to your site instantly. And, traffic (readers) is one big thing that you need to make extra money from blogging.

5. Post often and try to post atleast once every other day. Many professional bloggers post atleast once per day or sometimes more.

6.) Monetize your blog with Google Adsense ( you can sign up with Adsense over in the left sidebar. I highly recommend Google Adsense), affiliate programs, Blogads, Chitika, Amazon associates, Payperpost, or your very own advertising space where you set the price. The possibilities are endless.
