Work At Home Web Membership Management and Marketing Position Available: Some Training Included

An exciting opportunity that can turn into a full time position for the right candidate.

Allana Pratt, known as the Sexy Mom Expert on TV and Radio, empowers mothers to fill up their tank first, she empowers women to give themselves permission for pleasure and feel sexy exactly how they are, and empowers men to be noble men, dark with heart, all for the sake of relationships thriving and families flourishing.

Her websites and Word press Membership ‘Redefining Sexuality’ needs a work at home parent to add archived and ongoing video, audio and article content to Membership site and manage, upload and submit broadcasts through 1shoppingcart to membership. She needs an assistant to submit video content on the Internet to market her Membership and generate Web site traffic, increase visibility and strengthen community through social networking sites, blogs and article submission.

In person training for video submission included. Video Training for Wordpress included. Training for blogs, facebook, article submission not included.

You must have your own computer and high speed internet access.
You need these basic skills to qualify for this exciting position with this expanding TV personality.

* Total alignment with Allana’s mission such that you enjoy and are inspired by the content and are committed to helping her succeed
* Basic typing and computer skills (must know Microsoft office and possess the ability to learn other software quickly)
* Experience browsing the Web and doing online research (know how to find solutions and answers online, using Google to find information)
* Skill set in place to use word press blog to upload and organize video, audio and article content for membership
* Skill set in place to use 1shoppingcart to distribute broadcasts, alter existing and add new auto responder messages, cancel members etc.
* Good spelling and grammar skills
* Writing and editing skills
* Creative eye, graphics or design skills preferred

Assuming these skills are present, you’ll gain additional training in all areas of online marketing using video.

Responsibilities include:

* Following instructions, managing details and completing tasks on time
* Listening to, watching and learning video marketing software
* Checking and reporting results
* Membership Management for Redefining Sexuality:

1. Word press: organizing new word press membership. Adding numerous archived and ongoing audio, video, articles content to membership site

2. Handling membership emails/calls/questions

3. Cancelling memberships, deleting member’s auto responder series in 1shoppingcart

4. Sending teleclass reminders, new interview reminders to members through 1shoppingcart

5. Compiling questions for monthly teleclasses

6. Manage fulfillment of product for one funnel for membership

* Marketing Management for Allana Pratt.com, HowToBeAndStaySexy.com, HowMamaGotHerGrooveBack.com

1. Regular updating of AllanaPratt.com blog content through wordpress

2. Rework created keyword titles and descriptions, submit numerous videos

3. Regular videos to facebook- optimize facebook for sales of membership

4. Regular comments on top mom blogs and male dating blogs

5. Submit articles online and knowledge of where and how to do this
Work location:

· Your home or office

· Anticipated 15-30 hours per week growing to full time within 6-12 months

· Access to software systems to submit content is included

Payment is trade for Life Coaching (Allana’s has an exclusive base of private clients who have included Leeza Gibbons) or $12/hr, or some combination thereof. Pay varies depending on performance, experience and expertise. Bonuses will be provided to candidate who measurably increases revenue. Access to membership content is included and not to be shared.
