This Is What Happens When You Are Busy Working From Home!

If you are a work from home mom or dad, or anyone that runs a business for that matter you know that sometimes your kids get shortchanged. It is a fact of life. All kids regardless of whether they have work at home parents, strictly stay at home parents, or work out of the home parents get shortchanged in some aspect of their lives. No one has it perfect, sacrifices are made yet we all manage to survive. Balance and perspective are important.

Sometimes your kids will happily take advantage of your busy work from home status. ;)   Let me provide you with an example: At some point yesterday evening my 7 year old son found a can of shaving cream. He then shared that discovery with his older brother. Can you guess what happened next?

Do I look like I'm being shortchanged here?

That enormous smile tells me I’m doing everything right.

If you are a WAHM or SAHM and have a blog, facebook account, flicker, etc. share your “a day in the life of” photos with me! I’d love to see them! Just share in the comments where I can find them!
