Thoughts On Starting A New Business + Focus

Wow. I know we all say it but it’s hard to believe it’s 2012 already. Did you know that I’ve been compiling these job listings here now for almost 7 years?  I’m so thankful that at this time in my life I have the opportunity to do this and to have you all as readers.  I continue to hope that this is YOUR year to prosper and be able to live your dream of working from home too! Happy 2012.

I’d like to share with you My Recap of 2011 – and  a little thought on starting new businesses. I think it’s wonderful to start new businesses or a new job but I also think it’s important to always stay focused on why you are doing it in the first place. Yes, we all need money to live but we don’t live to make money. For me personally, my boys come first. They will always be my priority. I’m glad 2011 was what it was if only to serve as a reminder to me to not let work overtake my life, to stay focused on what works for me and my family,  and work smarter NOT harder. ;)

* I’d also like to mention that I’ve revived my old personal blog and this year I’m doing the 365 Photo Challenge – which means I’m going to be sharing one photo every single day this year or at least honestly try my best to. Will you stop by and see what I’m sharing?
