HBO is seeking a Freelance Web Producer to work on Bill Maher's "Overtime". Essentially, the Producer will be responsible for posting segments of the show online. Must have experience working with a CMS tool. The person will be based remotely. Ideal for a Web Producer who wants to work from home 1 day week and make extra cash.



Responsibilities:

* Manage weekly live event from pre-to post-production.
* Set up, QA, and launch discussion board thread and web pages through Interwoven CMS.
* Monitor and QA web stream during live feed.
* QA encoded video clip.
* Launch encoded video clip to HBO player according to HBO specs and processes.
* Liaise with HBO Legal, Real Time production staff, HBO Hauppauge, IT, and HBO.com staff to troubleshoot technical problems and ensure proper communicate to the entire team.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
* Strong QA/proofreading skills
* Must be available to work 9:30 p.m. – 2am. Every Friday for the duration of in-season Bill Maher (Season 6a is scheduled for 1/11 through 4/4 – with hiatus 3/14, Season 6b is scheduled for 8/22 through 11/14 – with hiatus 9/26).
