FanBridge.com, the world's leading provider of email and mobile fan list management services for music artists, is looking for fun and dedicated 'people-persons' to join our company as a FULL TIME client service representative to help support the needs of new and existing clients. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, so your ability to impress and wow clients is very important.
*This is a home based job, and does not require the applicant to be located in New York.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making clients happy they chose FanBridge
- Talking with clients after they signup to help them get acquainted with our system (outbound calls)
- Answering support emails and phone calls to help solve client problems (or pass them along to our tech team)
- Providing a level of client service beyond expectations
- Suggesting improvements to our service based on client feedback
Your skills:
- Must fit well into the FanBridge culture
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written skills
- Self motivated with a high sense of urgency
- Reliable work hours with at least 1 weekend day capacity
- Professional, polite and friendly
- Likes communicating with creative people (bands)
- Able to type relatively quickly
- Has computer with Microsoft Office and high speed internet connection
- Has strong computer/internet skills (being an Excel whiz is a plus!)
