My answer is simple. All real home or telecommuting jobs are free. No one should ever PAY for information about a job or to apply for a job. It is absurd for someone to charge you to apply for their job. Doesn't paying for information about a job sound absurd to you? When you are searching for a job to do from home (also known as a telecommuting job) you should search for a home job the exact same way you search for a job in your town or city. You treat it like you would treat any job search. You need to do online research, you need to truly be qualified for the job, you need an excellent resume, and you need to be persistent. I will be honest and say that finding a true telecommuting job can take you some time so please be prepared for that.
